Frequently Asked Questions

Can I invite my colleagues to join the platform?

Yes, absolutely. If your company has purchased an Enterprise account, you can invite any of your colleagues to join for free. Just go to your personal page and click the 'invite' button. You can then enter your colleagues' email addresses or copy a dedicated sign-up link that can be shared in any internal comms channels.
If you're on a Pioneer account, you can invite your colleagues (and pay for them) via our seat-based set-up, powered by Stripe.

I work in a professional service firm - can I share access or content with my clients?

You can definitely share some of the content with your clients, as long as you always state the source: "TrendWatching - https://www.trendwatching.com". If you want to share large amounts of content or even access, you will need to contact our Client Success team, who will be happy to provide you with a quote for temporary or permanent client access.

Is your content based on a methodology?

How do I find out who's the TrendWatching account owner / admin on behalf of my company?

To view the members on your TrendWatching company account, click your avatar in the top right corner and go to Company > Members, or click here. You will see an overview of your team, including the owner of your company account and any with admin rights.

Is my data secure when I use one of your AI-powered tools?

Rest assured your data is utterly secure. It is not being stored or used for training, while the generated output is only viewable by and accessible to you.

How can I find out more information about my subscription plan?

Details about your plan can be found on your company page, click your avatar in the top right corner and go to 'Company', here you will see details under 'General' and 'Members'. If you are designated as an account owner or admin, you will also be able to see your billing information and any invoices.

When does my subscription end, and will I be notified?

Your subscription end date can be found on your Company page: click your avatar in the top right corner and go to Company > General, or click here. Prior to your subscription ending you will receive several countdown reminders, as well as see a notice on the platform itself. If you haven't seen these reminders, please check your spam, or contact our Client Success team at client_team@trendwatching.com

How can I renew my account way ahead of the official renewal date?

If you want to renew your account before your official renewal date, please reach out to our client success team at client_team@trendwatching.com and an account manager will guide you through the process.

What are the terms and conditions of my subscription?

Regardless of the plan you have with us, our terms and conditions are standard and can be downloaded here. You also agreed to them when you gained access to TrendWatching. If you have any specific questions, please email client_team@trendwatching.com

Do you also offer trend consulting services?

We do — TrendWatching's Trend Analysts regularly present at corporate and public events, host workshops and work on commissioned research projects. For more info, see TrendWatching's public Custom Services page.
