Does the platform use AI?
No, on purpose. Many companies don’t allow their people to use AI on someone else’s platform. That’s why all AI work happens in your own assistant, under your company’s own AI policy: our plays and playbooks run there, and from 9 November, ‘Your AI’ brings our innovations and trends into ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral and others.
Is your content based on a methodology?

What are the terms and conditions of my subscription?

Do you offer keynotes, workshops or research projects?

How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?
Buy an annual Pioneer plan and, if the platform isn’t for you within the first 14 days, email client_team@trendwatching.com and we’ll refund you. We’d love to hear what didn’t work for you, so we can improve.
For Pioneer and Enterprise members
Can I invite my colleagues to join the platform?
Yes. On an Enterprise plan, you invite colleagues yourself: go to your personal page and click ‘invite’, or share your dedicated sign-up link internally. How many depends on your agreement. On a Pioneer plan, you can add colleagues and pay per seat.
I work at a professional service firm. Can I share content with my clients?
You can share some content with your clients, as long as you always state the source: “TrendWatching – www.trendwatching.com”. For larger amounts of content, or client access, contact client_team@trendwatching.com for a quote.
Where can I find my plan details?
On your Company page: click your avatar, go to Company, and check ‘General’ and ‘Members’. Account owners and admins also see billing information and invoices there.
When does my subscription end, and will I be notified?
Your end date is on your Company page under General. Before it ends you’ll get several reminders by email and on the platform. Not seen them? Check your spam, or email client_team@trendwatching.com.
Can I renew ahead of my renewal date?
Of course. Email client_team@trendwatching.com and an account manager will guide you through it.
I’m on a Pioneer plan. Can you tell me more about Enterprise?
Gladly. Enterprise gives your whole team or organisation full access, plus a dedicated account manager and an admin console for invoicing and team management. Email client_team@trendwatching.com and we’ll walk you through it.
For Enterprise members
Who is the account owner or admin for my company?
Click your avatar in the top right corner and go to Company > Members, or go here. You’ll see your team, including the account owner and anyone with admin rights.
Do you offer single sign-on?
Yes, as an optional service for larger teams. Our SSO, powered by WorkOS, works with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin and other SAML or OIDC providers. Send us your identity provider, email domains and a technical contact, and we handle the rest. Pricing depends on your setup: email client_team@trendwatching.com.
