How AI-centric is the platform?

Very. We've been incorporating AI into our research, analysis and curating process for years now. We also (non-stop!) bring our platform members the latest consumer expectations and insights shaped by AI, while our Innovations Database now contains over 1,000 AI-related examples.

Last but not least, we are non-stop expanding our suite of AI-powered, trend-driven ideation tools.

How do your plans compare?

Our two paid plans, Pioneer and Enterprise, both include full access to all of the platform’s features.

The key difference comes down to scale and support:

  • Pioneer is designed for a single user and includes full access to all tools and content.
  • Enterprise is built for larger teams, giving unlimited colleagues access to all platform features. It also comes with a dedicated account manager, plus an admin console with invoicing and team management capabilities.

We’re a purpose-driven, for-profit trend firm. Our goal is to give as many professionals as possible access to our intelligence and tools — sparking innovations that make the world more sustainable and inclusive.

We run a lean, scalable platform. Instead of charging premium prices, we’ve chosen an impact-focused model: lower costs, more users, more usage. That lets us pay the bills, keep improving the service, and maximize impact.

Will there be any additional or hidden costs?

No, there are no hidden or additional costs whatsoever.
Once you've purchased a plan, truly all features, all tools and all materials on the platform will be accessible to you (and to any paid team members you may have opted to add to your plan). 

Do you offer discounts to NGOs, universities or governments?

Yes. As a purposed firm, we are happy to offer purpose-driven organizations a considerable discount on additional members (Pioneer account). Just drop us a note at workwithus@trendwatching.com and explain your specific non-profit situation or status, and we’ll work something out.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Purchase of our Pioneer plan is strictly by credit card only. 
Enterprise account clients can opt for payment by credit card or by requesting an invoice.

What if I want to end my membership?

As a Pioneer member, you can cancel your monthly subscription (or that of any colleagues you may have added to the platform) at the end of each month-long cycle. 

If you opt for a discounted annual subscription, you can cancel it at the end of its annual cycle.
Enterprise accounts can also be ended at the end of their annual cycle.

Pioneer | Will I get onboarding and account support? ✅

Yes, as a Pioneer member, you will be offered live onboarding sessions and videos. 

Pioneer |  How do the monthly and annual accounts compare?

The annual Pioneer plan gives you a 15% discount versus paying month to month, and it locks in today’s pricing for a full year.

Pioneer |  Can I add team members to my account?

You absolutely can — you will be charged per added team member, at the same price you yourself are paying per month.
Furthermore, you can also remove team members at the end of each month-long cycle.
The same set-up applies to our annual Pioneer subscriptions. 

Enterprise | What is your pricing?

Pricing depends primarily on how many members you want to give access — we’re happy to quote you an annual price based on your exact needs. Please email Giulia Bolzan, our Business Development Director at workwithus@trendwatching.com and we’ll get things rolling.

Enterprise |  Will I get onboarding and account support?

Yes. Enterprise members have access to their own dedicated account manager, who will remain at hand for the entire duration of your subscription.

Enterprise | Can I really invite all my colleagues to join the platform?

Most existing Enterprise plans enjoy company-wide TrendWatching access and thus you can invite any of your colleagues to join. Just go to your personal page and click the 'invite' button. You can then enter your colleagues' email addresses or copy a dedicated sign-up link that can be shared in any internal comms channels.

Enterprise | How do I find out who's the TrendWatching account owner / admin on behalf of my company?

To view the members on your TrendWatching company account, click your avatar in the top right corner and go to Company > Members, or click here. You will see an overview of your team, including the owner of your company account and any with admin rights.


 


Enterprise | How can I find out more information about my subscription plan?

Details about your plan can be found on your Company page, click your avatar in the top right corner and go to 'Company', here you will see details under 'General' and 'Members'. If you are designated as an account owner or admin, you will also be able to see your billing information and any invoices.

Enterprise | How can I renew my account way ahead of the official renewal date?

If you want to renew your account before your official renewal date, please reach out to our client success team at client_team@trendwatching.com and an account manager will guide you through the process.


 

Enterprise | When does my subscription end, and will I be notified?

Your Enterprise subscription end date can be found on your Company page: click your avatar in the top right corner and go to Company > General, or click here.

Prior to your subscription ending you will receive several countdown reminders, as well as see a notice on the platform itself. If you haven't seen these reminders, please check your spam, or contact our Client Success team at client_team@trendwatching.com.

I work in a professional services firm - can I share access or content with my clients?

You can definitely share some of the content with your clients, as long as you always state the source: "TrendWatching  - https://www.trendwatching.com".

If you want to share large amounts of content or even access, you will need to contact our Client Success team, who will be happy to provide you with a quote for temporary or permanent client access.
