Account Manager

TrendWatching is embarking on an exciting multi-year journey to assist future-focused business professionals to identify and run with meaningful business opportunities. 

We are currently looking for an Account Manager, based in Amsterdam, to work directly with our Head of Client Success to manage our international client base. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to work with some of the world's biggest companies, with purpose at the forefront of everything we do.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience in a customer-centric role, is highly self-organized, an excellent communicator and understands the importance of building long-lasting relationships with clients. You'll be a strong team player able to work alongside other departments to provide a high standard of care to our customers.

Our team works remotely across Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Berlin, Sāo Paulo, Singapore, London and Barcelona, so being able to collaborate and support the team remotely is key.

💼 Your responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with world-renowned clients.
  • Provide outstanding support to clients throughout their journey from onboarding to renewing.
  • Think strategically to create long and short term plans to increase engagement and satisfaction levels across our client base.
  • Secure renewals and identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts. 
  • Deliver training and onboarding sessions for new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure clients are at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Work closely with our Head of Client Success to manage our client base.

🙋‍♀️ Your profile

  • You have 3+ years in a B2B customer-centric role, preferably managing a portfolio of clients personally.
  • You are an excellent relationship builder.
  • You have strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • You enjoy bringing structure to fast-paced environments.
  • You have a native-level command of English, with excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • You are able to juggle varied daily tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • You care deeply about sustainability, equity, well-being and transforming businesses into a force for good.
  • You preferably have administrative experience.
